Fees and Insurance

Fees: $200 for individuals/50 min session and $215 per 50 min session for couples. Typically couples therapy requires two 50 min sessions back to back.

Wednesdays & Thursdays:

Insurance: I am in-network with Premera, First Choice Health Network, LifeWise, and some Kaiser PPO plans (BCBS to come soon). I’m also contracted with Lyra, an EAP many companies are contracted with. Check with your benefits representative/HR Department to see if your company offers this benefit.

Cancelation Policy: To avoid session fee, please cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
